For this evening we wanted a typical French dessert while remaining 100% vegetable.
We made this crème brûlée with 100% vegetable cinnamon.
We absolutely had to share this recipe with you because it is TE-RIBLE
Besides, you know what? Once again you will only need very little time (and ingredients) to make this delicious recipe.
For our part, we took 10 minutes (watch in hand) to make our 4 creams.
The longest in this preparation will be the resting time because you must leave at least 1 hour to spawn so that the cream has the desired texture!
Pour the almond milk into a saucepan over medium heat.
Then add the brown sugar, cornstarch, soy cream and cinnamon powder.
Leave on the heat for 1 minute while stirring with a whisk.
Then add the agar and continue to whisk for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and pour the cream into ramekins.
Let them cool to room temperature before putting them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
When serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize using a small torch.
You can also decorate by placing a small mint leaf.
