9-Persian:
The Persian cat is considered one of the most beautiful domesticated cat breeds. An ideal coat for them would be solid white, and this particular colour is seen often in American cat food advertising. This breed has a sweet rounded face with a short muzzle and its hair cascades down its body like a luxurious lion’s mane from the tip of its nose to the end of its tail. It is believed that the Persians were introduced to Italy from Persia around 1620, when they became quite popular all across Europe and England before being pampered and kept primarily as beautiful companions rather than hunting cats. While normally found with a single coloured coat, some Persians can have multiple colours which adds an even more unique aesthetic detail to the breed.
