
What could be better than bringing breakfast to your sweetheart?
To start the day well or to taste it, I present my recipe for soft Vegan pancakes with a good strawberry jam, a homemade iced tea and a peach cut in half moon on a base of apricot / guava yogurt.
And when it’s in season, you can also serve it with a strawberry / banana / mint salad.


Here is the recipe:
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, starch, sugar, baking powder, salt).
Gradually add the oil and milk while mixing with a whisk to obtain a smooth paste.
For baking use a pancake pan but you can also do without.
Place 2 tablespoons of dough in each circle of your mold or directly in a large hot pan.
When bubbles form on the surface, turn them over and allow cooking to continue for 1 minute.
Enjoy your meal !
