12 cl chickpea juice – corresponds to a 265g can of chickpeas
400 g silky tofu
180 g dark chocolate dessert
1 c-to-c cinnamon
2 case vanilla extract
1 c-to-c lemon juice

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (or in the microwave)

In a salad bowl, mix the silky tofu with the melted chocolate using a hand blender.

In another bowl, whisk the chickpea juice in an aquafaba with the lemon juice and vanilla extract.

Incorporate the chickpea juice into the chocolate / silky tofu mixture with a spatula.

Then pour into verrines and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Enjoy fresh with grated chocolate topping.
