Winter salad with kale
Kale is a highly publicized vegetable in the United States.
In recent years, this vegetable has also been found on our French stalls with surprising taste and nutritional properties!
So I present to you the recipe for my ideal kale salad in winter because as you can imagine, it grows…. in winter.
Wash and drain the vegetables.
Remove the stem from each kale leaf and thinly slice it.
Slice the onion according to your preferences.
Grate the carrots.
Clean and mince the mushrooms.
Mix the lemon juice, mustard, cider vinegar and olive oil in a salad bowl (6Cs for me)
Add the vegetables and nuts (you can also cut them into small pieces).
Mix and serve immediately or refrigerate for a few moments.
